- Processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): quote and demo requests
- Our legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK Art. 5/2-f): responding to requests and security records

5. How we collect data
Your personal data is collected electronically and directly from you through the contact form on this website.
6. Transfers
Your request is recorded on the server that hosts this website and forwarded by email to info@seadirector.com.
The website and email service are hosted on a server in a Hetzner Online GmbH data centre in the European Union; your request records and the forwarded emails are kept on that server.
Because the server is located outside Türkiye, your personal data is hosted abroad; under Article 9 of the KVKK this constitutes a transfer abroad.
Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes; it may be disclosed to competent authorities only where there is a legal obligation.
7. Retention
Your request records are kept for no longer than 2 years after your request has been concluded, and are then deleted. The records on the server and the copies forwarded by email are reviewed periodically, and those past the retention period are deleted.
If your request leads to a contract, correspondence related to that contract is kept for the periods required by the applicable legislation.
8. Cookies
This website uses only one session cookie, which is required to keep the contact form secure. No analytics, advertising or third-party cookies are used, and pages do not load fonts or scripts from external sources.
9. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information about the processing if your data has been processed
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred
- Request correction of your data if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
- Request that third parties to whom your data was transferred be notified of any correction, deletion or destruction
- Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing of your data

Your application will be concluded as soon as possible, depending on its nature, and within thirty days at the latest.
11. If you are in the EU or EEA (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union or the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may also apply to the processing of your personal data. In that case you also have the right to access your data, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to the processing; you can also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country.
