Pricing
Simple pricing based on your fleet size
Prices are per vessel, per year. The larger your fleet, the lower the price per vessel.

The tier price applies to every vessel in the fleet. For example, for 5 vessels: 5 × 850 USD = 4,250 USD / year.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do we need to install anything?
No. SeaDirector is web-based: an up-to-date web browser and an internet connection are all you need. Nothing is installed on your computers and there are no servers for you to manage.
What happens if the ship loses its internet connection?
Because the system is web-based, it needs an internet connection to work; new records cannot be entered while you are offline. Only saved data is kept: unsaved form input may be lost if the connection drops. The data you have saved stays on the server, and you can continue working once the connection is back.
What does the price include?
List prices are the annual usage fee per vessel. The fleet map with live AIS positions, and weather forecasts with route alerts, are add-ons offered separately. We confirm the scope of setup, data import and training in your quote, so please get in touch for details.
Is our data secure?
Each company's data is kept in its own scope and access is restricted by company; you can also restrict by role which modules each user can access. Connections are encrypted with HTTPS and data is backed up automatically every day.
Can we import our existing data?
Yes. Data such as maintenance jobs and spare parts can be imported in bulk from Excel or CSV files, with a row-by-row preview before anything is imported. For other types of data, talk to us.
Which languages are supported?
Turkish, English, German and Greek. Each user chooses their own interface language, so teams on board and in the office can use the same system in their own language. Help centre and on-screen guide content is currently available in Turkish only.
